Terms & Conditions
The consultancy services offered are on the basis of a service contract; details provided upon request.
Pricing Schedule
This can take the form of a fixed price contract or by using quotations based upon an hourly rate (details provided upon request).
Fixed price contracts will be undertaken by way of a formal tender comprising an agreed scope of supply within an agreed period. The rate used is based upon an 8 hour day (Monday to Friday).
Travel and Accommodation
In the event that travel and accommodation is required the following conditions shall prevail.
- Travelling time shall be included as part of the working day period.
- Travelling time outside of the 8 hour day period shall be charged at 125% per hour rate during the Monday to Friday Period or stated working week period.
- Any travel undertaken during Saturday and Sunday shall be charged at 150% and 200% respectively. Where week end working periods differ from the latter days then the same rate shall apply to the appropriate days respectively.
- Travel by rail or air shall be undertaken using standard class fare. The cost of this method of travel shall be charged at cost plus 15%.
- Travel arrangements undertaken by car will be charged at the rate per mile or kilometre as given by the prevailing national rates provided at the time of invoicing.
- Any accommodation if not booked or paid for by others will be based upon standard room rates and shall be charged at cost plus 15%.
- Meals undertaken during any visit; be they breakfast, lunch or evening dinner shall be charged at cost plus 15%.
Price Basis
All prices quoted are strictly net exclusive of any taxes that may be in force at the time of invoicing. The consultancy service offered shall not be held responsible at any time for any taxes that may be imposed for the work undertaken.
Validity
The prices quoted shall remain fixed for any contract due for completion up to and including 31 st December 2006. Where any order is placed that may overlap the end the December date then the quotation shall be amended accordingly.
Training Services
Training can be undertaken for specific individuals. Fixed priced quotations are available upon request. |
